The call for fair and equitable registration fees gathers momentum!
Our petition calling for fair and equitable registration fees for healthcare workers has reached 1300+ signatures – together our advocacy is gaining ground. Ahpra and the 15 National Boards don't currently lower fees or provide any proper mechanism or registration fee category to assist healthcare workers who take parental leave. This affects over 877,000 Australian healthcare workers, who are a diverse and predominantly female workforce.
Support our call for Ahpra to revise its fee setting approach by supporting the petition at http://megaphone.org.au/p/ahpra - sign it and share with your friends and colleagues – together we can improve equity in healthcare.
