Complaints

The Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professional practice and ethics within the traditional medicine community. As part of this commitment, we have established a structured process for consumers to lodge complaints against AACMA practitioners who may have breached the AACMA Code of Conduct.

If you believe that an AACMA practitioner has acted in a manner inconsistent with the Code, it is important that you report your concern. As AACMA is not a regulator, complaints against registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners that relate to their clinic practice may be directed to the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority. Please email your complaint to aacma@acupuncture.org.au.
