This role supports a broad caseload across fertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum care, reproductive health and general wellbeing, within a deeply collaborative and values-led practice. With over 24 years of clinical history, Fertile Ground is widely recognised for its leadership in integrative fertility and family health care. Our clinic works closely with medical specialists, allied health professionals and referrers, offering patients thoughtful, coordinated and evidence-informed care across complex and meaningful life stages.
This position offers an opportunity to step into an established clinic with strong patient demand, a trusted reputation and full administrative infrastructure in place. Practitioners are supported to focus on clinical excellence and long-term patient outcomes, without the load of managing business operations independently. The position will suit a practitioner who enjoys working with fertility and preconception care, IVF support, menstrual and hormonal health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and broader presentations such as stress regulation, nervous system support and whole-person wellbeing. A strong interest and experience in women’s and reproductive health is essential. You will be AHPRA registered as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncture), with solid clinical experience and confidence in acupuncture practice. You value collaborative, team-based care, communicate clearly with both patients and colleagues, and enjoy building long-term therapeutic relationships.
While the role requires a high level of clinical independence, there are also opportunities for internal skills sharing, collaboration and professional growth within the team. The position is available for 2-3 days per week, with Saturday availability required due to patient demand. There is immediate capacity to grow session numbers, supported by established patient flow and internal referrals. You will practise in a calm, intentionally designed clinic environment alongside a multidisciplinary team, with access to a large Chinese Herbal Medicine dispensary to support personalised prescriptions and integrative treatment plans. Fertile Ground offers full reception, booking and administrative support, a strong and consistent referral base, and a collegial, values-aligned team culture. Our aim is to support practitioners to build sustainable, fulfilling practices while delivering high-quality integrative patient care.
Applications close 15 January 2026. Please email your resume and cover letter describing your experience, availability, and what draws you to contribute to Fertile Ground to Sarah Sanelli, Practice Manager, at management@fertileground.com.au. Video introductions welcome.
