A growth opportunity for an early-career practitioner who values mentorship, structure, and team culture. Now in our 16th year of practice, our established TCM clinic in Penrith is expanding our clinical team. With 12 treatment rooms (and plans to grow to 19), four fully booked practitioners, and a dedicated admin team, we have the infrastructure and patient demand to support a new practitioner's development from day one.

The role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Hourly wage plus performance-based bonus structure
• Mixed caseload across musculoskeletal, women's health, fertility, and general wellness • Established treatment protocols to support clinical confidence
• Admin support for bookings and front-of-house We're looking for:
• AHPRA-registered acupuncturist with a Bachelor degree in Chinese Medicine
• 1-2 years post-graduation (exceptional new grads also encouraged to apply)
• A coachable mindset - humble, reflective, and genuinely open to feedback
• Strong patient communication and clinical curiosity
• A collaborative team player
