I have a very well ventilated residential acupuncture clinic room available in Petersham for rent on an hourly, daily or weekly basis thats completely negotiable.

I have been an acupuncturist for 13 years and I am currently studying podiatry in my final year. I am looking for someone to use the room whilst I am at uni 4 days a week, and will be mostly away on placements next semester. During that time I will be happy to gradually introduce my clients to the right person as direct referrals as I will likely leave Sydney at some point in 2023.

• I am open to sharing the space with a practitioner from another field.
• A cat does live on the premises, indoors, but not in the clinic room.
• Onsite facilities include access to the laundry, bathroom, and kitchen with an ultrasonic cleaner as well as large dining table suitable for work on a laptop.
• Eftpos with health fund rebates.
• Wifi included.

My clients are predominately sports injury clients that love Gua Sha, massage and moxibustion. I would be happy to mentor a new grad in these areas, however they would need to be willing to do their own marketing and bring their own clients to get started.
