Rooms to rent in brand new three bed clinic in Southport on the Gold Coast. Located in a new lifestyle building, close to the main IVF clinics and new women's health practices

• Available 7 days per week
• One room full time with separate entrance - $400 per week + GST
• One room part time or casual - $120/day + GST
• Minimum 6 months lease, up to 2 years
• Brand new electric beds
• Sinks in each room
• Individual air conditioning units
• Reception desk, supplement/Chinese herbs display, EFTPOS, phone, Wi-Fi and online bookings available
• Laundry provided

Would suit a practitioner with an existing business wanting to move location. Interest in women's health, fertility, pregnancy and IVF would be a big plus. Experience in treating children would be an added plus too
