Mackay Acupuncture Natural Medicine is seeking a motivated and coachable acupuncturist to join a busy, results-focused clinic.

We operate a structured, efficient clinical model with an emphasis on: Targeted treatments (typically 1–3 needles), High patient flow (3–5 patients per hour), Clear, measurable outcomes within each session. This is a non-traditional, high-efficiency clinic environment suited to practitioners who value results and clinical precision.

About the Role

• Contractor position (50/50 split)
• Start 2–3 days per week, with capacity to expand Immediate patient base provided
• Ongoing mentorship and system-based training

We are looking for someone who:

• Is open to learning and working within a structured clinical system
• Is comfortable with a higher patient volume
• Is focused on achieving clear clinical outcomes
• Wants to develop quickly in a supportive environment

This role may not suit practitioners who:

• Prefer long, low-volume treatment sessions
• Are not open to adapting their clinical approach
• Prefer a slower-paced clinic setting
