Full-time and day leases for allied health and wellness practitioners: acupuncturists and TCM practitioners, psychologists, counsellors, physios, osteos, chiros, birth workers, bodyworkers and more. You'd be working inside a yoga, movement and breath studio with its own allied health hub.

We serve the Spotswood, Newport, Yarraville, Seddon and Williamstown community. We've just turned one, and there's a real local buzz.

About The Well Hub

At The Well, we honour science and spirit in equal measure. Nervous system regulation is at the heart of everything we do. The space is calm, warm and built around community, and our studio and allied health hub sit side by side under one roof.

We're not a co-working setup. Our practitioners know each other, refer to each other and show up for the same community. That connection is what we're building on.

Where we're heading in 2027

Next year we're launching a shared model of care. The Well will engage practitioners directly as part of integrated offerings built around specific client needs, with fertility one of the first areas we're exploring. Practitioners in the hub will be the first to have the chance to be part of it. If you want your practice to grow alongside a team, this is the moment to join.

Who we're looking for

Allied health and wellness practitioners who value collaboration and want a private practice space that feels part of something bigger. We choose people for culture fit first: people who care about team, community and doing good work together.

What's on offer

• Full-time and day leases (we don't offer half-day or hourly)
• Several treatment rooms available. If you'd use two rooms at once, we can make that work, and rates can be negotiated
• Massage table, two consult chairs, desk and chair supplied
• Lockable rooms
• Some rooms have custom joinery with plenty of storage for stock
• A built-in studio community you can promote your services to directly
• Discounts on our studio classes and services
• Being part of a practitioner team, with regular catch-ups, community events and shared promotion
