Torquay Chinese Medicine is looking for a passionate Chinese Medicine Practitioner to join our team. Our clinic is renowned in the Surf Coast community (~ 40,000 residents) and has been operating here in Victoria for over 18 years.

The ideal practitioner will have the following:

• Degree qualifications in both Acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine
• A patient-centred approach to treatment, with a focus on achieving meaningful clinical outcomes
• An exceptional ability to hold space for others and be attuned to your patients’ needs
• A demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with patients and cultivate lasting therapeutic relationships, contributing to high patient retention

It’s also an advantage if you have the following:

• Special interest and/or experience in treating women’s health conditions
• Training in Cosmetic Acupuncture and/or Facial Gua Sha

• Ability to demonstrate a current high rate of new & returning patient bookings per week - The clinic has main road street frontage and high visibility
• Our clinic has high/first place google search rankings for multiple keywords

Sub-contractor by agreement, or salary range AUD60,000 – AUD85,000 full-time.
