AACMAC 2026 Keynote Speakers
Dr. Eileen Yue-Ling Han
Eileen Yue-Ling Han, PhD, LAc began her career apprenticing with the late Dr. Richard Teh-Fu Tan, creator of the Balance Method. She is now a renowned Balance Method practitioner, treating a wide range of conditions with reliable and effective results. Dr. Han is the Founder and Director of the Dr. Han School of Acupuncture, a global institute offering foundational and advanced Balance Method training. She holds an MA from the University of East/West Medicine and a PhD from American Liberty University, and continues advanced studies in herbology and Chinese face reading to deliver a holistic approach for patient care.
Dr. Ru Shan Shy
Dr. Ru Shan Shy is an internationally respected clinician and educator in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), renowned for her authentic, lineage-based teaching and extensive clinical expertise in Zhu’s Scalp Acupuncture (ZSA). Since 2008, she has trained directly under Professor Zhu Ming Qing, the pioneer of ZSA, through long-term apprenticeship in clinical, academic, and hospital-based settings. She has assisted in the training of over 2,000 practitioners across Asia and currently serves as Director of Zhen Ding Shan Chinese Medicine Clinic in Taiwan, a centre formally authorised by Professor Zhu for the clinical practice and teaching of ZSA.
Dr. Sheng Chun Chang
Dr. Sheng Chun Chang is a distinguished TCM clinician and educator with a strong integrative medical background. A direct disciple of Professor Zhu, he has been deeply involved in the clinical application and hospital-based teaching of ZSA, contributing to the education of more than 2,000 practitioners across Asia. He currently serves as a physician at Zhen Ding Shan Chinese Medicine Clinic and brings multidisciplinary experience as a licensed Chinese medicine practitioner, pharmacist, and former hospital physician.
