BUNDLE DEAL: Webinar Series “Practice Essentials” with Stephen Janz
BUNDLE DEAL (4 x webinars)
A webinar series with Stephen Janz with the theme of "Practice Essentials".
Four 1-hour webinars featrued with great information that covers almost every aspect of day-to-day running for your TCM practice.
'When I approached graduation 37 years ago It slowly dawned on me that I would be running a business first and a health practice second. It was difficult to know where to start. This seminar series draws on my experience of starting up and running a clinic first as a sole practitioner and later to a multidisciplinary multi practitioner clinic for 30 years before winding down to a home clinic. This series should be of interest to both new graduates wondering where to start and experienced practitioners looking for some other perspectives on practice. The focus of this series is on starting up and running a practice and patient management, not how to treat conditions.' - Stephen Janz
This series of seminars on practice essentials will start with business basics from choosing the right business structure to writing a business plan. Seminar two focuses on how to comply with some key policy requirements including informed consent, developing your privacy policy, updates to infection prevention and control guidelines and charging (and not charging) GST correctly. Seminar three will look at patient management issues and tips to build confidence in your treatments rather than how to treat conditions. Seminar attendees are invited to send in questions on practice and patient management issues (not how to treat issues) to discuss at a forum at the final seminar of the series.
The webinar series is designed for those:
- strive to run a successful practice
- want to examine the compliance of their current approaches
- wish to review and improve their clinic set up and patient management
