(RECORDING) Webinar Series “Practice Essentials” with Stephen Janz: Seminar 4 'Forum on Business and Patient Management Issues'
Webinar Series "Practical Essentials" Seminar 4: Forum on Business and Patient Management Issues with Stephen Janz, Angus Timms and Chantelle Muellner
The past three seminars have considered setting up a business, how to comply with some key policies, and some tips on patient management to foster a successful clinic.
Now it's your chance to ask the panel questions regarding the business and patient management side of running a clinic.
You are also invited to share with the group your experiences of what works for you, and perhaps also what you found hasn't worked!
AACMA Life member Stephen Janz will be joined on the panel by Angus Timms and Chantelle Muellner, fellow AACMA members. Angus & Chantelle graduated in 2015. Since then, they have purchased an established clinic, rebranded it and expanded to 2 locations on the northern NSW coast. They lead a team of 20 including acupuncturists, osteopaths, psychologists and support staff.
Angus & Chantelle are happy to share their stories of commercial fit outs/ leases, staff management, juggling parenthood and practice, marketing strategies and how they liaise with GP's to get referrals.
